History

2004:
Jetion China was initially established as a domestic company in December 2004 in Jiangsu Province, China.

2005:
Construction of the manufacturing facility completed in September.
The Group’s first production line for solar cells manufacturing with an annual capacity of 25MW commenced manufacturing in December.

2006:
The company commenced solar module manufacturing with an annual capacity of 30MW in July.

2007:
Annual manufacturing capacity for solar cells was expanded to 50MW with the addition of a second solar cell production line with an annual capacity of 25MW in March.
The Shares were admitted to trading on AIM in July 2007.
In August 2007, Jetion Europe, principally responsible for the Group’s sales and marketing efforts in Europe, was incorporated in Liechtenstein as a joint venture.
In September, the Company’s products obtained the European TUV accreditation for the global sale of its solar module products.

2008:
Our company won the Deloitte Top 50 Hi-tech, Hi-growth, and reelected for two consecutive years.
The Group received the VDE accreditation in June 2008.By the end of the second quarter of 2008, the Group expanded its solar cell manufacturing capacity further by adding two production lines thereby increasing its annual capacity from 50MW to 100MW.In 2008, additional solar module manufacturing facilities were also installed, bringing the Group’s total annual capacity to 60MW.

2009:
The Company was granted the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) product certification for the U.S.
In November, the China Quality Certificate (CQC) was further obtained.
In the third quarter, additional solar module manufacturing facilities were installed, bringing the Group’s total annual capacity to 75MW.

2010:
September 2010,Junfeng Solar ( Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established, expanding manufacturing base of solar modules.
December 2010,
Jetion Solar (US) Ltd. was established in American Charlotte. Since then, Jetion has owned its overseas manufacturing base.
2010,Jetion low carbon industrial park in Jiangyin New Harbor City was invested and newly built to expand manufacturing base of solar cell.
2010,Annual production capacity of solar cells reached 200MW,Annual production capacity of solar modules reached 200MW.

2011:
Annual production capacity of solar cell reached 900MW,
Annual production capacity of solar module reached 1000MW,
Construction capacity of solar power station reached 500MW.
