Corporate Philosophy:

EHHI (Efficiency, Honesty, Harmony and Innovation)

Efficiency is the soul of a company. The company pursues efficient working manner, and any work delay or plan delay that is not limited by the capability is regarded as failure, even though the work was done or the plan was achieved eventually. On no account will the company permit behaviors such as being evasive and dilatory which affects the working efficiency, even though it becomes a general tendency in a tiny area;

Honesty is the premise of a company to operate, and is the foundation of gaining performance. When dealing with the external business activity and internal working relationship, we should be honest, fair and reliable. Honesty is the bottom line of all tolerable behaviors;

Harmony is the environment that the company promotes. All shareholders, directors, executives, and employees should deliberately avoid any conflict of public and private interest. Any employee should establish and maintain a company atmosphere where everyone recognizes and respects fair behaviors and conducts it personally through his or her own effort; the company makes effort to create and protect harmonious working atmosphere, insists on the discussion manner of concern oneself with facts and not with individuals. Any employee has the responsibility to assist colleagues to complete their work;

Innovation is the goal of the company. The Company supports the innovation under the premise of following existing processes and regulations. the company encourages all innovative behaviors under the premise of testing approved in accordance with procedures. The management has the responsibility to create and maintain work environment that encourages innovation, because of no innovation, no the future of the company.
 

Values Perspective:

No.1 We must do everything to satisfy our customers, because they pay the bills and our salaries.

No.2 Any kind of work in the company is important, because everyone plays a role practically.

No.3 Attendance rate cannot be regarded as performance results. You get paid because you create the practical value for the company.

No.4 We shouldn’t avoid problems. Instead of prevarication, problems must be solved.

No.5 Everyone is a key member in a process and in a department. So we all shall overcome hardship together, share happiness and woe together. Remember there is no successful player in a failure team.

No.6 It is important to learn continuously because we never know what will happen in the future and how to do the future work.
